Chief Executive Officer

David Neuhaus

David Neuhaus serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Insurance Claims Unlimited (ICU). With nearly 24 years in the insurance industry and over two decades in claim adjusting, David brings deep expertise to the field. David leads ICU with a clear mission: to raise the standard of claims adjusting through expert service, reliability, and integrity. Now, nearly 20 years later, he continues to drive ICU with the same passion and commitment that inspired its creation. Drawing on his extensive knowledge and decades of hands-on industry experience, David continues to guide the organization’s strategic initiatives while ensuring the consistent delivery of professional, results-driven service to every client. His commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction remains a driving force behind ICU’s reputation and long-standing success.

Prior to entering the insurance sector, David retired from the U.S. Coast Guard after a distinguished 23-year career as a C-130 pilot. He also flew commercially as a First Officer on the Boeing 727 with American Airlines.
