Strength in NUMBERS!!! ICU had a DOZEN adjusters that handle daily claims for us attend this year’s 20th Anniversary Windstorm Conference. EIGHT of those were FIRST timers, and FOUR of them won a PRIZE at Casino Night. My favorite sessions this conference were the Past Presidents forum and Women’s Panel. I was surprised to hear that the average age in our insurance industry is 57, so we better start getting the younger generation aboard. Lack of training was mentioned, folks aren’t being taught the basics, like back in the day with GAB schooling. Thanks to all those involved with making this year’s event a success. Good luck to the newly elected Officers and Board of Directors. I am proud to say I will be staying on the Board for another year. Team #WIND2019
