ICU is implementing a new feauture! In addition to our courtesy call to the insured, giving the name and phone number of the adjuster assigned to them, they will receive a follow up email with the adjuster info and picture. We feel by taking these extra steps in customer service and by providing a photo of our adjuster, the insured will feel more comfortable once our adjuster arrives to their property. This feature will open the lines of communication between the insured, our adjuster and our office to assist the insured. Overall we hope that these steps will start to earn the insured’s trust at the onset of their claims process.
